Service

El Nino Wiki provides deterministic heat-risk decision support from published planning baselines or conditions supplied by the caller. It is not a live warning system, medical advice, or an emergency service.

Payments

Paid calls are one-time transactions through x402 or MPP. The authoritative challenge states the price before execution. We do not maintain subscriptions or a user balance, and we do not initiate repeat charges without a new valid payment credential.

Caller responsibilities

You must confirm current conditions and official local alerts, protect wallet credentials, set agent spending limits, and review the returned result before relying on it. Do not use the service as the sole basis for an emergency or medical decision.

Availability and refunds

We may rate-limit or suspend abusive traffic. A failed payment does not authorize execution. Contact [email protected] with the request ID and receipt reference to investigate a paid call that did not return a result.

Warranty

The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every planning baseline or caller-supplied value is current, complete, or suitable for a particular person.
